    How are you accepting change? ㅣHow should we accept change and determine leadership in this generation of change adaptive challenges, ‘Problems with new aspects that we cannot solve through previous approaches.’ This session will gather people fighting to create change against the challenges that organizations and the generation is facing. Together we will diagnose the system, and practice the integrated perspectives that sets the way of our actions. It will also be an opportunity to create a network of people who will make the change of organizations and the generation.     Why is a new type of organization needed, and how can we create it? | Those wanting to create new activities have a strong tendency to seek ways of working, the culture and systems of organizations in a more democratic, efficient, non-hierarchical direction rather than following the status-quo. It has now become a time to not only hope for a new type of organization but to discuss the real specific practices. We will explore through discussions and workshops about how we can build ‘organizations’ that makes new activities possible with Susan, a member and facilitator of Enspiral, a network that experiments and practices running a bossless organization. Through case sharing and discussions, we will examine ways for organizations to maintain their primary mission and value while adapting and evolving to these great changes, as well as looking into the essential elements needed to evolve. We will run small group workshops and review the emotions, relationship, experiences and attitude we need to know before nonprofits communicate through information technology. 13:30 ~ 14:30 Lecture - Tang Kim We are living in a society that has forgotten the roots and fundamentals, and has expanded the message of consuming the present. Many people choose art for a living of making life meaningful, but do we know that we are assembling art kits rather than really encountering art? We can actually find the art and art forms that we need in life from our daily lives. If you are not considering art as a living, that is. 14:30 ~ 16:30 Workshop1. Drawing - JungWon Shin 'If I was a superhero, how would I look like? What kind of specialty or complex would I have?' <Drawing Hero> will be a time to imagine myself transformed to a superhero as well as understanding others and myself through drawing. Workshop2. Writing - SamRyeok Kim Through David Howard and Robert McKee’s story creation, Adam Grant and Victoria D.
